Thank you for supporting Later Now - every purchase is appreciated! Below you’ll find our shipping policies, including important information about handling and defects for vinyl records.
1. Order Fulfillment
• All orders are fulfilled directly by Later Now and our team. We take pride in personally packing and shipping your items to ensure they arrive in great condition, however we do not remove manufacturer protective coverings to inspect the content therein.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1-5 business days] after payment is received.
• When item(s) ship, you will receive a notification by email.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
• Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
• Domestic: [expect 5-10 business days]
• International: [expect 7-20 business days]
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing (for international orders).
4. Packaging
• We personally ensure each vinyl record is securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the carrier during delivery.
5. Cosmetic Defects on Vinyl
• Vinyl records are unique, and slight cosmetic imperfections (e.g., small scuffs, minor warping, or slight seam splits in the jacket) may occur during manufacturing or shipping. These imperfections do not affect playability and are not covered under our return policy.
6. Returns and Exchanges
• We only accept returns for defective vinyl that impacts playability (e.g., skipping, unplayable tracks).
• If you receive a defective vinyl, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a description of the issue and photos/video.
• Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement (if available) or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is verified by our team.
7. International Orders
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
• Customs delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery times.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once an order has been shipped, Later Now is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, we recommend contacting USPS directly for assistance.
• For added security, consider selecting a shipping method with tracking at checkout.
